shipping and returns

Every House of Menander piece is unique and truly human-handmade, from start to finish.
Each ring or pendant is individually made for you and I want to make sure it gets the time and attention it deserves, so please allow for up to 4 weeks lead time, depending on the intricacy of the design.  My ultimate goal is for you to love your piece like I loved the way I made it.

Shipping is complimentary both in the UK and Worldwide.
All packages in the UK are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, tracked and signed for.
International orders will be sent with a Royal Mail International, tracked and signed for, and delivery times will differ due to variables across the world.

My pieces may attract additional charges for customs and taxes when shipping outside the UK. These are not included in your order and House of Menander is not responsible for calculating or covering these charges - please check with your local authorities before you purchase. House of Menander is not responsible for additional costs that may occur after your order has been dispatched.

Due to the handmade nature of all my pieces, orders cannot be refunded or returned and all sales are final.
